Wow. Wow? Wow.

Both the George T. Stagg and the Stagg Jr have one identical—and, for me, a bit blindsiding—characteristic. They taste so strongly of pecan praline that I found myself: eight years old, in my grandparents’ back yard with my snot-nosed cousin, collecting pecans off the ground so my grandmother could make pralines later. It was nuts and spices and soil and sugar and Southern humidity. It was a little weird and unsettling. I found it so overwhelming that I couldn’t really tease out any of the other flavors in either or differences between the two though I’m sure there were plenty of each.

There's nothing about the George T. Stagg that I don't like. The label, the name, the bottle and of course, the stuff inside. Only problem is that it goes too quickly and it's hellaciously expensive in England, if you can even find it.
