I want to talk about how it being finished in port casks drew me to it and how I think that (and the age?) may've rounded it and sweetened it, making it more suitable to my palate. I want so say how I know they also make a 14 year that’s aged in Caribbean rum casks that I’m looking forward to trying. I want to be classy and poetic but all I can really think to say is:
