Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 12-year (96)

So lovely. This is just sweet enough to make me love it and so incredibly smooth. It is richer, somehow, than I expect out of bourbons. I had another known favorite right after it, one that I’d thought was sweet and smooth but this is a whole different thing. Pretty amazing.
