Pendleton Blended Canadian Whisky

The nose almost drove me away. The first sip didn’t help. It was… nothing I like in whisk(e)y and almost nothing recognizable that I tend to not but am developing a taste for. The addition of ice (in the glass) and a very dark chocolate (as an accompaniment, not in the glass) made it tolerable. If I’m honest, I liked it better than the Glenlivet 12 but, given the option, I won’t be revisiting either of them any time soon.
