Doubled and Twisted Moon Light Whiskey

This tastes like what would happen if you made whiskey out of left-over (but not stale) beer. Which, well, is exactly what it is. I also thought I smelled but didn’t taste chocolate. Are we witnessing the evolution of my nose? Exciting. I had it with cheese and it paired really well.
